When I first moved in, the apartment was fine. Nothing fancy, but it worked. Unfortunately, things have seriously gone downhill. I've been here for two years. The A/C and heat have been broken off and on for months, and it’s been a constant battle to get consistent temperature control. The entire process of moving into an apartment at Cary Street Station was seamless, thanks to both Mae and Tiffany in the leasing office. They were so flexible and helpful, working around my schedule and other housing arrangements so that I could get the unit I wanted. The apartment was immaculate at move-in and the premises is well maintained and feels safe!
My fiance and I recently moved into the community with our dog Max. We found everything to be better than advertised. From the amazing front office team of Mae and Tiffany, down to the dog park. Our apartment is beautiful and could not be more perfect. Especially now that we have settled in and realized the great location of everything in the area.
I recently moved into Cary Street Station from Pittsburgh, PA and the leasing process was so seamless. The office staff (Tiffany and Mae) were GREAT resources as we were not local to the area to tour in person. We FaceTimed and were able to schedule a tour as we were driving through Richmond one week. They are so quick and willing to answer any questions we have and made us feel better about the move. We are so excited to be a part of this community!
