This complex overbooks their parking, and their disreputable property management gave a tow company my license plate to have it removed when it was legally parked in front of the neighboring property. I highly discourage people from renting if you want to be able to park their without issue.
My girlfriend’s car was stolen out of our parking lot. Can’t blame them for that but their response has been quite disappointing. CSS said the security footage has been unavailable for a month so they have not shared it with us. CSS have done nothing for us beyond giving us a replacement parking pass, for $50, and we are still waiting on our replacement gym fob and mail room key which will be another $50 each.
