Arrowhead Apts We've lived at the Arrowhead Apartments in Grafton WI for about three years now and what a hands down experience it's been especially dealing with Don the apartment manager/maintenance. Watch out for dishonest practices Cary Rentals lost payments, hassled us when our lease ended, did not provide timely maintenance, and their prices were above other units in the area. Would not rent from them again, would not recommend them to others.
