My wife has been going there since she was pregnant with our first child and we have had success mostly. It does depend on the doctor you see since there can be many. Dr. Rodrigo has been amazing for us.
It’s extremely hard to get anyone on the phone.
To start, The doctor ran 45 minutes late to my appointment. I was not informed while in the waiting room. This gave me massive anxiety. After having tests ran, it was impossible to get a call back from a nurse. Even upon communicating in the patient portal, a response was super delayed and vague. A new nurse would follow up with a five day delay without any help. It took newly two weeks to fill a needed medication filled! Wow! So much for caring about patients. I had an appointment with robin piper. Concerns were not answered and just blood work done, that too only because I asked Felt like it’s just about money, to bill patients and just write off additional things for money. It’s very disheartening to see no proper care and hundreds of dollars as payment
