We had an urgent situation at our clinic where we accidentally locked our office door from the inside and closed the door. We had a staff pet along with personal belongings inside. After hearing the situation, John was able to squeeze us in and Juan arrived quickly! Thank you so much for coming out last minute before closing and to both for being kind.

Absolute lifesaver! I called Cary Lock and Key with a jammed ignition and locked steering wheel on my car, fully expecting to pay hundreds for a mobile visit. Instead of taking advantage of a stranded driver, he walked me through a step-by-step trick over the phone to clear the lock mechanism completely for free. This level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare. They have earned my permanent business and highest recommendation!

Advertising as open only to arrive to a sign saying they're out of the office for the day and to give them a call. I called and their response to drive to a location in a different town was laughable. Don't say you're open if you're not.

I made an appointment with APEX Lock and Key. Not knowing Cary Lock and Key was affiliated, I called them to verify the cost I had been provided was reasonable. Since they were affiliated they knew about my existing appointment and said they were canceling it and would not schedule an appointment with me. I understand their reasoning but it seems to me that they have a way to charge excessive rates and have trying to keep a monopoly on the market.
