Brought my family in for cleanings, and to get myself a treatment plan. While i myself was terrified of what i had to get done, everyone in the building assured me that that would ensure everything that happened would be completely painless. And they were right! I got 4 teeth extracted and some bone grafting done to get ready for implants and i was in the chair doing disco moves to earth wind and fire while they worked away! Horrible experience here. This place was recommended to me by a coworker but my experience here was unacceptable. My hygienist was great but the two doctors I dealt with were horrible Dr. Shen and Dr Casebier. I came in for a tooth extraction one dentist (Dr.Shen) couldn’t do it and the next dentist (Dr. Casebier) stepped in. When Dr. Casebier extracted my tooth It’s been clicking and now jaw pain ever since. They tried to fix the problem with medication but didn’t work and now want me to go to some specialist at my expense.... read more

This office is lovely. The front desk staff, especially Whitney, are very considerate and kind!
Dr. Casebier was able to squeeze me in when I was having some tooth pain, love this office. Staff are amazing. Susan cleans my teeth and she makes them feel brand new!
