My previous used computer from them lasted me four or five years. Oh I went back for another used computer and look forward to another 5 years. I learned that the word refurbished is preferred terminology :-)
Been dealing with them for 4 to 5 years. Bought two used laptops there. Both worked great and they clean them before you purchase them so there’s no added factory software still on them which comes with a new one at a retail store. Also. Just had Chad build me an Ulta fast CPU with Window’s 11 Pro version on it. Ultra quite. Works great. And the best part of dealing with them, just bring it in if you have an issue and they’ll solve the problem. ***** 5 stars out of 5.
I came into Cary grove computers because my iPhone 16 pro wouldn’t charge, there was a tiny object blocking the charge port they were able to discover under microscope and extract within in a minute. They were friendly and professionally.
Fantastic place for computer repair. Very knowledgeable. Super nice people. Recommend them highly.
