I would never take my dog back their. My dog had a complication after surgery, and Dr. Fritz refused to pay for her therapy. Just a complete unprofessional uncaring vet. Its weird to find a vet that does not care about animals, only cares for money. If you are thinking of ACL surgery, DO not go here. KEEP LOOKING. This is a VERY long and complicated issue. We got tricked by him, he refered us to another fraud vet, and together they scammed us, and robbed us. AVOID ANY SURGERY, and get second opinions.
Dr Fritz is the best.... My older dog has had a lot in the last year, and he saved her life. She has monthly check ups and never even hesitates walking in, she loves everyone there and loves Dr. Fritz. The staff is SO amazing. Everyone is SO nice and so accommodating. Love this place. I will be bringing all my animals here as long as he's/they are all around!!! (We've had Dr. Quinn as well, also amazing)!
Today we let our beloved Abbey cross over the rainbow bridge. After a last minute cancellation from pet loss at home, Dr. Fritz came to our rescue. Dr. Quinn picked her brain and the brain of her colleagues to find out what was wrong with our Abbey-it ended up being a tumor. They did everything they could to help us and have gone truly above and beyond for us and our Abbey. We are customers for life. All the staff are amazing and you can feel the compassion from the whole team.
Great vets here !! Started here at the original location in Fox River Grove , 3 1/2 years ago. Everyone is very professional and they really care about you and your pet here !!
The staff here is PHENOMENAL ! They all go above and beyond to make sure you and your pet are cared for correctly. The wisdom, experience, and dedication of Dr. Fritz and the staff amazes me. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!!! Thank you all for your services EVERYTIME!
Cary Grove animal hospital is awesome! The staff is very knowledgeable and super helpful with any concerns I have had with my dogs. I have been taking my dogs here for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else:)
We wouldn't go anywhere else. The entire staff that we have had contact with is warm, friendly, funny and compassionate. Both Dr. Fritz and Dr. Quinn are fantastic. We've ran the gamut here, with puppy visits, cat visits and the end of our old girls life. Each and every visit is informative, honest and the fact that they truly care about you and your pet shines through. We love it there!
Cary Grove Animal Hospital is the best! I got my cat spayed there. Dr. Fritz and his technicians answered all my questions and concerns, I knew my cat was in good hands. And the receptionist team were very friendly and helpful. If anyone is looking for a great vet go here!
