Cary Fit Project was a great finding during my post-partum weight loss journey. It's cozy, clean and has everything you need. Also, if you're not a big fan of crowded gyms, this is your place. I live less than 5 min away and the convenience of check in/out motivates me to hit the gym ground several times a week. Lindsey, the owner, is super friendly and I'm happy to support a woman-owned business too.
The yoga instructor Connie is excellent. I have taken her classes for several years and consider her to be one of the best.
