Dr. Windley, dental assistants and the staff is fantastic. They are caring and humble. They explained the procedure, steps, estimate and what to expect. Couple of visits to fix the root canal with minimal pain. Found the practice through Delta dental website and chose them based on prior reviews and earliest availability. Facility is exactly as it appears in online photos and well maintained..

Beware - Beware - Beware of their patient billing practices !! My daughter (covered under my benefits) had a procedure that cost $1838 in total. My insurance company was covering $790 of this total which means my net cost should be $1048. So here’s what this company did: They charged my daughter the full amount of $1838 upfront. They told her that the primary on the plan would get the $790 from the insurance company directly. I had my first (only) root canal here and I was extremely anxious beforehand. Dr Windley and his assistant explained things in advance. There was NO pain (just as Dr Windley had said). Even the numbing injections didn’t hurt that much at all. The only real issue was having to lay there for an hour or so with him working in there. I only had very minor discomfort that evening - again, not bad at all. I had a second appointment to finish up and no pain or issues there.
