Called this office prior to making consultation appointment for daughter- was told what the prices would be. When I got to the consult appointment, Office worker asked me to pay for the exam and the x-ray which was about $149 (Delta dental said they were not supposed to take out of pocket from me because they were in network Not sure if this is true but three different reps told me) At the end of my daughters appointment Dr. Windley started telling me how difficult my insurance was. Dr. Windley, dental assistants and the staff is fantastic. They are caring and humble. They explained the procedure, steps, estimate and what to expect. Couple of visits to fix the root canal with minimal pain. Found the practice through Delta dental website and chose them based on prior reviews and earliest availability. Facility is exactly as it appears in online photos and well maintained..
Beware - Beware - Beware of their patient billing practices !! My daughter (covered under my benefits) had a procedure that cost $1838 in total. My insurance company was covering $790 of this total which means my net cost should be $1048. So here’s what this company did: They charged my daughter the full amount of $1838 upfront. They told her that the primary on the plan would get the $790 from the insurance company directly.
