So disappointed and upset that I spent out of network, a very large intake fee, to find out they don't do intravenous Ketamine here. The whole reason I was going to the clinic, is it is the only kind that works for me, with Medication resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD. See the screen shot below of CBH's site, leading off with "infusion". When googled, as of a minute ago, Cary Behavioral Health still shows up as doing intravenous.
This is a very effective and well-run practice. My first visit was completed well, and I am looking forward to results as we progress.
Difficult to schedule appointments- they don’t answer the phone, only voicemails. Multiple times I was told via their text service that I would receive a call during a specific time window and I did not receive a call during that time. I felt I had to try much harder than necessary to get an appointment which is discouraging for anybody struggling with their mental health.
