I purchased my 16 year old son's first car from CarXpress. I worked with the owner Jeremy, and he was very professional and made sure we knew all about the vehicles options and how they would assist a new young driver. When it came time for the financial process CarXpress made sure that everything was explained in clear and easy to understand language. Friendly service, willing to help those with low budgets, and so-so credit. Keep in mind the cars are high mileage, but for the priceyou can get a vehicle without high pricetag.
If I could rate zero stars I would. Most unprofessional and sketchy place ever. Traded our car that runs and drives great because we needed a bigger vehicle as I have another child on the way. Got sold a car that broke down within 3 weeks of purchase. Paid my first payment and can’t even get a receipt. Can’t get in touch with Jeremy for weeks. Had to miss Christmas with our family. Jeremy was awesome I only had to see one car and it was amazing. After a long rough day he saved my life today. I walked out happy and a new vehicle. His mother is also very amazing women who has the best dog I could've seen today all so very friendly and will work with you on anything. I will definitely go back here again if I ever wanna get another car
After some innitial back and forth due to unfourtunate circumstances, these people have remained friendly and worked everything out, so im happy. The customer service was genuinely great, they very helpful through the whole process, trying to understand everything as this was my first time buying a car. I would absolutely reccomend car express because they can understand stuff happens and they will work with you to get past it as they did me.
