Best of all, we LOVE our new car!
Excellent dealings with the team at Carworks Ballarat for our Rexton. Pricing reasonable, the entire team friendly and helpful and did everything they could to cater for our needs. Communication excellent. The courtesy bus is a nice touch and the driver was awesome, and very flexible with drop off and pick up. Highly recommend this team for anybody in the Ballarat or wider area.
We had an unbelievably great experience buying from CARWORKS I sent out 4 ‘car sales’ inquiries to different dealers. Within a few minutes Carl from (CARWORKS) was on the phone, friendly, informative and willing to negotiate. I recently purchased a Demo Renault Arkana. Just love the car. The staff at Carworks have been extremely helpful with the sale & pickup as well as answering my many questions about the car features etc . Would recommend the dealership to friends and family if looking for a Renault or Jeep.
