0 Star : My Experience I was called almost a week after I dropped my car off and asked when I would like to drop my car off. When I called to check if my car was ready (based on the email from my insurance co) I was given no insight as to when it would be done. When I picked my car up, the check engine light was on (wasn't before/body work was done). Everyone was nice enough and I understand things are hard right now... just not a great first impression guys.
