My friend Charles Blanchard, received two improper applications, on his vehicle, resulting in rust. When he returned to the shop, he was handed a spray can and told to spray the area when he sees more rust. He paid for applications to prevent rust!!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY!!!!!!! Is that the way they treat return customers?????? I think they should refund his payment, repair the damage and apologize to him. This is not the way to treat customers, especially senior citizens!!!!!
