I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from them, but after I got the car home it went downhill from there. Check engine light came on the next day. It has needed thousands of dollars of work done that the extended warranty (that they basically made me purchase) will not cover (even though they said it covers bumper to bumper) and they have blocked our numbers and won’t answer us. So you sell a car with a freudlant carfax that doesn't state that the car was wrecked after a post purchase inspection clearly stated it has been body lines don't match up and dirt in paint didn't come from factory like that. Then u offer a 30 day 1000 mile power train warranty but then ur salesman Dan says that the power train warranty doesn't cover a water pump only the water pump housing power train warranty is anything from the front of the engine to the transmission driveshaft to rear-end
I was dreading getting another car I just don't have the time or energy for the whole process but the guys at car web absolutely took all the stress and effort upon themselves for me as I was trying to buy a car from 6 hours away.
