Got their full detail and noticed light scratches on the hood and doors when I got home. They were using the same towel on the wheels and paint, so it’s obvious what happened. When I called they said they weren’t responsible and hung up. Not worth the risk.
Paid for an interior/exterior package and they skipped the engine bay and floor mats entirely without saying anything. The vacuum job was lazy too — sand still under the seats. When I brought it up they tried to charge me extra to finish. Poor service and dishonest.
These folks did a fantastic job cleaning my car. Took a little while - as noted in some of the other reviews - but worth the wait. Sending all my friends here
