I have been a customer of this establishment for many years until today. I spoke with the Manager, Gabriel, to get reimbursement for a tear to my 2011 Jetta which I had just recently purchased and was in immaculate condition until they tore my leather driver's seat on Wednesday. He basically said it was wear and tear but its obvious that one of their service persons got in with something and scatched and tore the leather driver's seat. Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Waited over an hour and a half for my truck, there was damage to it and the manager Gabriel said he can't and won't pay because there is nothing he has in his car wash that could have done this...... Left cleaning crap in my truck as well. Lost this customer.... Stand by.
NO STARS. Approximate wait time was 1 hour 45 min.
They left my truck very dirty from inside and out.I complained and they took an hour more to give it back,truck wasn't vacuumed well and to top it off staff was stepping on the gas to get from point A to point B. I don't even step on the gas pedal like that on my own truck.
