Work on customer service. I’ve been going there for years now and they’ve always shined my tires. Today I went in and one of the workers said they don’t just shine tires anymore. I told him that they have been doing it for years. He said sorry find a different car wash. Won’t be going back there.
The guy that answered the phone completely rude. Ignored that as people have bad days. Decided to go ahead and get a wash never again. 😠They left dirt and grime on my car. You get a better wash from a gas station and at their prices you might as well go get a cheap one with a better result.
