Referred to the clinic by Langly Memorial Hospital. Arrive with wristband from hospital still on. Front desk staff wouldn’t even let me explain the situation in full before they asked me to leave!?! I had never felt so embarrassed and confused.
Dr. Curry is a true gem. He is very professional and caring. He always explains the treatments in a way patients can understand. Also, Carvolth clinic has been the best we’ve experienced so far when it comes to arranging imaging and specialist appointments and sending timely reminders. Recently, I was able to book in-person appointments for my kids the very next day, which helped us avoid going to the ER.
For over a year and a half, the MOA at Dr. Garg’s office has been unprofessional and rude, acting like she has zero experience. She rarely listens, constantly talks over patients, and makes scheduling almost impossible. Even appointments booked months in advance are often cancelled without reason, making finding another specialist far easier. Her behaviour has heavily affected the quality of care at the office. She urgently needs proper training in professionalism, communication, and patient care.
Dr Curry is an absolute amazing dr. He listens he cares he asks the right questions. He will follow up and make sure you are doing better. His staff is excellent at their jobs always polite and thoughtful. I hope the Dr Roger Curry will be the last dr I ever have.
