I first booked an appointment with them 2 weeks before my appointment with them. 2 days before they call me to say that the time doesn't work anymore and that I need to reschedule. There was no apology or reason, and when I asked for one they said "the doctor has an emergency?". Either way, I booked an another appointment and the automated message sends me another time as confirmation the DAY before my appointment.
