Made me an offer, spammed me for almost a week and when I finally accepted the offer they called the next day and told me they could only offer me $5000 less than their original offer. When I confronted them about it, I got 3 different answers as to why the offer changed. I’d be very leery even talking to these guys. Even other people in the Biz I talked to said they were NOTORIOUS for doing this bait and switch.

I understand that they outsource their work to other companies for pickups nationwide, but there clearly is a major lack of communication between this company and the people they have picking up the cars. My car was just picked up by one of their towing guys and I did not receive a check. The guy seemingly knew nothing about this and suggested I call customer service, which I did. Not satisfied with the company signed a agreement of 600 with free tow and the day before they come to get it they changed the agreement I already signed with them and brought the price down 125.00 dollars like I was charged for the tow. We had a agreement of 600 dollars and they changed it the day before they pick it up. This company is very indecisive and can't keep to agreement they make
