This place is not what these reviews let on. We got an instant online offer from them for over $18K to sell our car to them (I took a screenshot because nowhere else in email, by phone, or text was this price referenced). We arrived at the scheduled appointment time, and before the car was even looked at, one of the men (presumably the owner) says “I’m sorry, I don’t know what happened but the best I can do is this” and handed us a carfax showing $6k less.
