I want to Thank Dr. Katie Bertholet and the staff of Carville’s. My Pedro went into congestive heart failure during this pandemic. Dr Katie tried so hard to help him but he was struggling and I had to let him go. They treated me and Pedro so great and gave me time with my man. She let me hold him and tell him how much I loved him as she peacefully put him to sleep. I will be forever grateful for the care of Pedro through the years and the compassion and kindness shown to us at the end. I received his ashes in this beautiful ... read more

My dogs are older, 13 years and 15 years old. They have always been exceptionally healthy, but are now experiencing age related health problems. The care and kindness of both Dr. Carville and Dr. Berthelot has been exceptional. The staff members are top notch. Their prices seem to me to be very, very reasonable. I am just so happy for my boys that we found such a great staff to look after their health.
First I wanna say that the staff was very nice and helpful. It was the vet who was a jerk. I sensed his irritation from the very beginning. My dog gets real nervous at the vet so it takes a little extra effort. I informed them the day before about her. I take a day off work and sedate my dog just to go in and him say he didn’t “Feel like dealing with her” so we left. Dude my pup is sick and I love her like a child now we have wasted a lot of time because your lack of compassion and willingness.
Dr Katie is the best. ❤️ she took excellent care of our sweet Ava.

Can’t say enough good about Dr Carville and Dr Katie! We have brought our animals there since I was a baby! I always loved the atmosphere and how Blanche is so darn sweet and makes you feel like family the moment you open the door. I got my fluffy child 8 years ago, and she is normally scared of everyone but when we go there she’s so calm like she knows they are here to help.
