History Established in 1993. Founded by Ricky Carver in October 1993, Carver's On Elm was located in the heart of historic Graham, NC until January 15, 2014 when a horrible fire occurred causing the restaurant to be a complete loss. With the help of our friends, family and amazing customers we were able to look past this tragic event and look towards the future! Great food! Just don't order here like you would somewhere else. They don't have a wheelbarrow to take you and your leftovers to your car. Love this place!

I just had lunch at Carver's Restaurant with my sister. It was my first time there, but definitely not my last as the food was delicious and service was great! I had country fried steak with homemade onion rings and stewed apples and it did NOT disappoint! My sister was very happy with her fried chicken livers with creamed potatoes, lima beans, and slaw! Waited forever for food that was luke warm they took the plate back to be microwaved. The price for the food was not worth the wait and the cost on the menu.
