Im happy to see they are very available to make an appointment .
I got there a half hour earlier than what my appointment was. And they said that was OK and got me right in. The place was very clean and organized. Everyone was friendly and polite and professional .
I gave 4 stars and want to start my review by saying the sales/finance department were fantastic! Would recommend them anyday, one of the best experiences. Now to the bad: The service area, id give them 0 stars. I bought a brand new Sienna that had a driver's mirror with distortion. Had multiple employees verify they saw it as well, they ordered a mirror under warranty and had me come back in another day for replacement.
