My only complaint is the lack of communication with the service department. I repeatedly had to call them to get status updates. This was extremely aggravating when they tell me the truck will be finished Monday, yet I received no communication indicating they would keep it overnight. First, Kyle Greathouse was awesome to work with. I found our vehicle listing via a mobile app but was eventually connected to Kyle to help answer my questions before visiting for a test drive. I let him know that my wife and I had narrowed our selection to two vehicles but the second was located at a different dealership. He came prepared with a lot of great supporting information/documentation for our introduction and was professional throughout the process.
