I called with an emergency A/C issue during a heat wave. They were so friendly to talk with and scheduled me in for the next day. Mike came and made the repair with no issue. From the time I called to the repair being complete was less than 24 hours. They are the best. I would highly recommend. Highest level customer service, the best quality work, and overall a great experience.
Our A/C stopped yesterday, noticed the house was 24 when we went to bed! Sent a message before 9 this morning, got attention right away and Mike was here before 3pm. Took about 30 min. Very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.
Mike from Carver came to my house today to look at my Air Conditioner. Had it working perfectly very quickly. Will use them for my furnace maintenance when it's needed too.
