I ordered the Tactical magwell for my M&P 2.0 and since I am not using the factory magazine basepads, it was not what I was looking for. I contacted Carver Custom’s customer support and received an email response that same day. I was offered an exchange for their Open magwell. I mailed back the Tactical and received the Open one within a week. I love the magwell. It fits on securely and gets the magazine in no matter how much I mess up. Great products and even better customer service! I’m a customer for life!!!
Great process of buying and easy to navigate site with ample info about each product. Had issue with with wrong shipping info. Email sent on a Sunday and heard back a hour later from Justin. Purchased the 4-chamber comp in 45ACP. Install super easy. Will be back for magwell purchase on payday.
