Carver creek apts allowed drugs and dealing. The housing authority allowed this because their office was right next to building. They say they have cable with rent. There’s no signal there you almost have to stand on your head to get a signal. They’re without a doubt corrupt. Bug problem all the time and maintenance run like crazy to get inspection the day before. Me and my friend were there for along time and we got attacked and the office did nothing.
