I been checking out this ice cream shop for a while now, I always get the thick ice cream shake lol. I never had a problem with them they always been pretty nice with me . They’re busy which is a good sign for a business that is doing well. I believe I have interacted with all their staff they always been on point and friendly. Like I said never had an issue. The worker was so mean to me so disrespectful so basically she scammed me because I had $555 with me and I got a small and it was 539 and she said I owed $.29 when I already paid for it she is a scammer. She has black hair. She had a ponytail So disrespectful I will never ever come back here if I could rate this place a zero I would, but I can’t so I give you one. Have a great day. I came here like what two days ago or yesterday I forgot, but the person who served us with super rude when I when I was trying to pick a ice cream I want because I really didn’t know which one I wanted. Floors are filthy. The kitchen area is disorganized and filthy too. Ice cream flavors taste of heavy artificial flavors and coloring. The cash register is all the way at the end of the store, leading to long wait times. Terrible experience all around.
I’ve always enjoyed the ice cream here, but unfortunately, my recent experience with customer service was disappointing. My friend and I entered the store in a friendly and polite manner, but from the outset, the staff member assisting us was not welcoming. While we were trying to decide on our order, she remarked in a dismissive tone that I didn’t speak Spanish, even though we weren’t speaking to her at the time.
