I was there May 28, 2023. The young adults working there were rude. I ordered $75 worth of ice cream and the large was a tiny squirt in the cup. They put the wrong sprinkles on the ice cream, and when I told them to redo it because it was for a child they said no they taste all the same and didn’t want to redo it. I’ve been eating Carvel since I was a toddler, and the rainbow and chocolate sprinkles do not taste the same and a child knows that along with what color sprinkles they want.
