Got the mango ice cream and it had frost burn on the entire ice cream. It was like eating mango flavored ice chunks.
My daughter said the ice cream tasted spoiles and why they don't use gloves? They touching the cups and spoons and the cones. When asked for gloves the African American night shift kid was very rude to us snapping back.
Came at 11:53pm on Wednesday night, and a brown man turned us down at the door. Unacceptable.
I’ve been going to Carvel for years, and this location never disappoints! The soft serve is incredibly smooth and creamy, and you can't beat their signature ice cream cakes with those delicious crunchies. The staff is always fast and friendly. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat!"
