Went to get a small strawberry sundae dasher, a small hot fudge and two cans of sprite. My total came out to $24 even, my card was charged $48. Contacted the store, spoke with an employee and requested a manager. No calls back, no email, no follow up at all. This store will steal from you and not provide a resolution. Use your credit/debit card at your discretion and always ask for a receipt afterwards to avoid this from happening to you. Essentially, I was scammed.
Didn't get the name of the girl, but she made sure she served us as she was closing the store last night. Didn't have to do that as we understood they want to go home also. Ice cream was also great, so will return.
Delicious sundaes and the teens who work here are super nice and skilled
Horrible. I asked for an OREO Cookie Sundae Dasher for my sister. My sister has severe Allergies to Peanuts. To our surprise we did not get Oreo cookie and it had Peanut butter inside of. She started having a horrible allergic reaction at Watsessing park where she started losing oxygen and her throat was closing. Medical response team was called and she was put in the hospital.
