Anthony did an AMAZING job with my daughters Bday cake, he was super responsive and caring and went out of his way to accommodate our custom requests, really have no words to thank him enough! Will definitely be back!!
The entire experience of selecting a special birthday cake was phenomenal….. from choosing the flavors to the fudge gluten free filling to the personalized picture on the cake to their recommendation of the the side of hot caramel topping for the cold brew coffee ice cream flavor. Their patience and personalized service was outstanding and refreshing. I’ve been shopping at this store for years and will continue to use them for years to come. Everybody in the service industry should use this store as a business model.
Picked up a custom cake here yesterday and we've been going here for years. The staff is always friendly, always willing to help. It's usually a young staff, which doesn't affect the service, they're always cheerful and serve everything with a smile. Even after a lady was being ridiculously rude (which I witnessed while there, she was way out of line) the young lady behind the counter did an incredible job handling the situation. 5 stars again. I'll add a picture of the cake when we open it, it's adorable!
Luz is amazing. She gave my family of 10 excellent recommendations and service. 5 star employee for sure!
