I was disappointed with my order. The sundae portion was much smaller than expected—I received what looked like only half a cup instead of a full serving. The value for the price wasn’t there, and it felt like the serving size was inconsistent. I hope Carvel pays more attention to portion sizes to provide a better customer experience.
Great location and owners. Asian woman is very friendly and the store is very clean. I miss the graham cracker topping !
The owner was mean and the lady from China inn (who sold the restaurant later on) that referred me to the place got mad that I didn’t get hired. Do not support this place.
One of the best carvels on the island. The woman who runs the counter is very heavy handed with your scoops and very nice and accommodating.
