I go here a lot & usually when certain employees are working they fill up the cups nicely & you definitely get your moneys worth. But anytime an employee by the name Delaney is working she barely fills the cup. I thought it was just me but recently went with a friend & that same girl was working & my friend said wow that cup barely has ice cream in it. And it was a medium. Very disappointing
Had an issue when redeeming a 25 dollar good to go foods gift card, which was for a few different restaurants. Back in December 10, 2025. The gift card was scanned 3 times for 1 order. It was busy but I tried to question it because I ended up owing money and I never used it. Went home to double check the gift card activity. It was scanned 3 times. Clean, Great staff, and of course ice cream
I’ve been here a few times since I started working in this area. I love getting a sweet treat on breaks! My favorites so far have been the banana soft serve and the cold brew ice cream. Recently, I got a cookie dough concrete, and though I appreciate the generosity of the toppings, it was far too much in my opinion. I had half a cup of cookie dough left over after finishing what I could of the dessert.
