Ice cream taste watered down. So much so you can't tell the different between chocolate and vanilla. The topings were stale and even worst the ice cream wasn't even cold. It was already completely melted into a soup. Never go to this carvel. You are better off throwing your money to the wind tham giving this store your money.

I will not return. I been going to Carvel for years, the worst experience ever. I ordered 1 small cup with 1 topping, then 1 Large sundae with 2 toppings. They guy put the same amount of ice cream in both and then said he has too put less in the large cup, because he needs more room in the cup for the two toppings. The ice cream did not reach the rim of the cup and he wanted to charge me more. it was so outrageous and that he sought to adamantly defend it - because the black cherries are large... it became a joke. The ice cream is carvel. It’s fine. No tables, no chairs. If you have a little kid there’s nowhere for them to sit. I was here with my 4 year old. He had to use the bathroom. I asked if he could use the restroom. I was told, “it’s not for the public.” I responded and said can my 4 year old please use the bathroom so he doesn’t have an accident. I was again told no. This place sucks. Don’t go here.
