As a first timer going into this carvel. I was so impressed. The owner is the nicest guy!! He helped me out with everything. I was also in a rush and he managed to fulfill my order within 2 minutes. I highly recommend this place! It’s such a difference when you go into a store and you either get looked at nasty or the worker is just rude. But this wasn’t the case, they were super helpful. People need to have more love and passion while working. Instead of having hate & being miserable. It goes a long way! Thank you carvel (:
Terrible Customer service. The staff acts like you’re an inconvenience for walking in.
Says open at 11 and sitting outside and its 1120. Taking my business to another location
Save yourself. The odor is so bad that I walked out.
