I recently ordered two ice cream cakes for my son's 1st birthday party, placing the order a few days in advance. I sent someone to pick up the cakes on the day of the event, but unfortunately, only one cake was provided. Upon calling to resolve the issue, one of the staff members gave a half-hearted apology and immediately blamed the person picking up the cakes, claiming they failed to ask for two cakes. Ordered 4 ice creams and all had a sour milk taste. I always ordered from this location. Called and who ever answered the phone hung up on me. You lost a good customer from East Island in Glen Cove
Best birthday cake in Long Island. At least that’s what we were told. I ordered it to surprise my husband and it was delivered fast and exactly as ordered.
