I recently ordered two ice cream cakes for my son's 1st birthday party, placing the order a few days in advance. I sent someone to pick up the cakes on the day of the event, but unfortunately, only one cake was provided. Upon calling to resolve the issue, one of the staff members gave a half-hearted apology and immediately blamed the person picking up the cakes, claiming they failed to ask for two cakes.
