Placed online order for delivery at 8:29pm. Nothing came for 2 hours. Called to see if I can get refund the guy had ZERO clue what he was doing. First he couldn't find order then he asked me if I can figure out how to get refund ! only if I was the manager!! . I told him no sir you figure out how to refund. Then I got text for delivery at 10:24. and order cancellation text at 11:08. Really bad business. I hope i get the refund...
Good ice cream. My friend loves getting the mystery bags, which can vary between getting vanilla or chocolate ice cream. If you like Carvel’s vanilla or chocolate ice cream, then get one! But do not get a mystery bag expecting something like a sundae or milkshake! My friend loves their soft serve ice cream, so she always buys the mystery bag because you can get both in one go!
Haven't been to a Carvel in years. It was just as good as I remember.
I LOVE CARVEL ICE CREAM, however, I stopped in the Gainesville, FL location early in the day a little after opening and I was taken back on how dirty the counter area and floors were. (It was rough) I will not visit this location again.
