Horrible customer service. They consistently gave me incorrect information and they never communicated with each other. They lied to me about timing and the process. Do not use Carvana.
I contacted Carvana and gave all my information. No response, ever. Tried to get status 3 times, without luck. My husband's experience was great, mine, not so much! Going to CarMax

Carvana - a legally registered company with phony and scamy business process and no customer service. 1. Prices are way higher than normal auto dealers. 2. Once bought from Carvana, until fully paid off, the car cannot be sold to any other auto dealer or person. Only can be sold back to Carvana, Carvana will buy back the same car 30-40% less than any other car dealer will offer.
