I don’t normally leave reviews but I want to protect others from the aggravation I had with Carvana. Save yourself and your wallet from fraud by avoiding them at all costs. I purchased a car from Carvana as a surprise college graduation gift for my daughter and they delivered the wrong model. We were sold a black leather interior over the phone and it arrived with a synthetic blue and black interior. Part of Carvana's bus model is to not inspect vehicles, certify them, and then deny warranty claims until you go away. I'm here to let you know all you have to do is sue them in small claims court. I did, and I was very successful, and got $4,500 because of their tomfoolery. Don't let them play you for a fool. Take him to court and make him pay you.
I got to experience the car vending machine today! So cool! But even cooler: Tanisha!!! As soon as I walked in she greeted me by name with a smile. I was late but she didn't let that bother her. She was very professional with all the explanations and paperwork. There was a tiny discrepancy between the mileage on the form and the actual but it all worked out perfectly. This was the simplest, least stressful, car buying experience I've ever had, and I've bought at least 15 cars. Marissa (et.al.) was (were) amazing. Carvana's website and app are easy to use, the process is haggle free – ZERO attempt at upsell – loan is approved within minutes, and their customer service is outstanding. Second Car I've purchased from them. My last one was delivered to my house & my Trade-in taken in exchange. This time I went to Mission Valley, where the Car Tower & Elevator is located. An EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!
