I was really nervous at first. I'd never bought a car online and thought of so many horrible things that could go wrong. My sister and I had a good experience with Carvana. My brother has recently passed away and we needed to sell his car from out of state. Carvana made it as easy as possible to help with the situation and offered a Chat line is case I had any questions. That helped tremendously! My brother's car is now sold, and we are so relieved that this part of his passing has finally come to a close...

Never again! The first thing that happened was making the appointment and getting there to find out that they sent docs that I needed to sign. Well get them and I will, O no you have to home for that. So I leave go home and sign, only this time I set an appointment for them to come and get the car. Made the appointment and unfortunately my phone died, but he had the address and apartment number. From my car to my apartment front door is 30 feet. Did he knock, no. Did he call back, no.
