Was shown pictures of car prior to paying $700 to ship it. The car showed up COVERED in paint chips that weren’t in the pictures filled with a non matching paint pen. We were informed that we would get an estimate and they would cover the cost to fix it. They’re now refusing to fix it as it’s “normal wear and tare”. I showed up early for my appointment and they were able to see me. Employees were very nice. Everything worked out great.
Sold me an AWD Mazda 3 2020 with 3 different types of tires on it, as if that wouldn’t snap my drive train. For a car place, they seem to be willfully ignorant or just plain ignorant about cars.
