Quick Fast and Easy to Sell my Car.
I've been trying to buy the SAME CAR for over a week. I drive over an hour one way one week ago to this vending machine location, with an appointment, only to sit for 2 and a half hours to then be told they didn't have the key for the car. I rescheduled for 8 days out, tomorrow. Then I get an email this afternoon that it's been rescheduled AGAIN. Supposedly the reason for it not being ready? "vehicle needs to be cleaned and detailed". This would have been great — if the car didn’t have a significant issue. I trusted the carvana inspection and didn’t thoroughly review the vehicle before driving away from pickup. I went to put air in tires and noticed the entire wheel well was destroyed and zip tied up. And it was rubbing on the tire. I called to ask about repair but the process is soooo cumbersome and disjointed. This isn’t a small thing that could have been missed and it makes me lack trust in their assessments altogether.
