The car is great, but one of the key fobs fell apart. I could use some help fixing it or getting a new one.
Transaction is so easy compared to a large dealership.
I'd give Carvana 4-1/2 stars.(Out of 5). There was a bump in the process. The car we selected, and paid for, came with a sunroof not mentioned or desired. We declined. Our money paid upfront was ALWAYS shown on our account and factored in price calculation on any query and in the final car purchase. We got a great deal! I'd suggest Carvana revise their update note. Fast service when picking your car up
Outstanding service from this location! I was selling my vehicle and had to have it transported from NY. I had a litany of issues with the transportation company which was going to cause me to miss my appointment - I was also working on a very tight timeline and had to be back on my way to NY by Saturday afternoon. The staff was so accommodating to all of the transportation issues and the changes I had to make in my schedule - including taking me at the last minute on Friday afternoon.
