Overall the staff was nice, thats about where it ended, you can tell they were not experienced in sales, the process of picking up the car or any information about the car. Also, be warned anything bigger then a car does not fit in the vending machine so we could not get the full experience as we expected. Be sure to inspect your vehicles completely and ensure whatever is on your paperwork is in the car and its accurate.

Pretty smooth and relatively fast and easy process. I just sold a car we don’t really use anymore. Sellers need to remember that companies like this are for profit companies and the price that’s pitched has to leave them a profit margin. That being said we thought we got a fair deal for the car. They do want vehicles that are fully operational, passed inspection and no major damage. When they can and collected the car the process was also smooth and lasted about ten minutes. They have good hours too.

I’ve had the worst experience with Carvana, this specific location isn’t the problem but Carvana itself. It has been such a hassle and not worth it. I would have rather just bought from a dealership. Never buying from Carvana again.

They were only a little late for our appointment and the visit was fast. Sooooo much better than a standard car dealer!!

I pre ordered a vehicle for $100 in late July 2025. Still no information or pictures of vehicle as of today, August 22,2025. Carmax did the same dance. Neither seem to be very trustworthy in my opinion. Carmax at least showed me the vehicle; however, my simple request to have the fuel door spring work properly fell on deaf ears. Find a local dealership and work with them, they'll help you; Carvana and carmax won't.
