Horrible experience. After getting a loan and leaving a huge down payment, the car that is apparently “150 point inspected” according to their site doesn’t work. No apologies, no offer to help or fix it. Your only options are “do you want it?” Or “You can go fix it yourself”.
Car was/is great. The facility looked a little run down, like it had been built 15 years ago and hadn't had any updates since then. It wasn't dirty, but was dusty. The employee was nice but dressed in very casual and oversized clothing with the carvana logo. Perhaps I'm just uppity, but this didn't send off the clean vibes that carvana seems to sell itself on. it also feels like low-hanging fruit for any company. Hire a cleaning service. repaint the walls. Install some better lighting to make the place look bright.
Best car buying experience ever! Simple and straightforward, everything done in the app while at home. Pick up took less than 20 minutes, and I was even doing a trade-in. Will definitely buy any future car through Carvana.
