Maurice was amazing and very pleasant to work with when I went for my pick up he explained everything he was doing and was very polite Carvana also made the purchasing process super easy and the car is absolutely amazing thank you guys
Sold my truck with no problem. Easy and simple. Maurice the truck driver was professional and easy to talk too.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The money back guarantee is a joke. My truck started overheating and was not drivable right at the 7 day mark and it was not honored. AVOID CARVANA
Terrible experiences both buying and selling from this Carvana location. They reschedule everything multiple times, sales people are clueless, and the list goes on. You are way better off at carmax or a local dealership!
I have visited this location twice, both time customer service representatives were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I love my car and it was a very easy going experience. The car was just as described. Company was honest and notated flaws.
