They gave me the best price when I was selling my car
Buyer beware. Carvana did not disclose the high theft potential for the 2019 Kia Sportage I recently purchased. It was stolen less than 2 hours after i pulled out of Carvana. I have since noticed that not all postings contain complete Carfax information or results if tge 150 point quality check. The 7 day free “test drive” return policy is only 6 days. The lust goes on.
‼️ The way Carvana has horrible ethical practices should be studied and I would advise you to GO TO A TRADITIONAL dealership. The interest rate they gave me was INSANE in addition the vehicle had so many issues in the 2 days I had it. I went to a dealership and found out the credit score Carvana pulled was wrong, I was going to be paying double for a car with 86,000 miles on it and several undisclosed cosmetic and mechanical issues. I will never purchase another vehicle from Carvana. I bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse with 35,000 miles in October 2024. When I picked the car up, it was covered in scratches, the vast majority of the surface area on the rims had been scratched up and I had several trim pieces falling off the car. The vehicle also did not come with Buick floor mats, which I was unaware of, and they replaced them with $20 Walmart floor mats. I will preface this by saying, this is the 3rd car that I purchased from Carvana. Obviously because my first two purchase experiences were stellar, my expectations were high and I decided to proceed. So on June 5, 2025 I purchased a car from Carvana. That same day I invoked the 7-day return because the vehicle arrived with zip-tied components and a gigantic hole in the under-engine cover.
