I was so excited to get my dream car and had heard so many good things about Carvana. So got my 2020 Range Rover Evoque. This car had so many things wrong with it, seems this car came from California I’m suspicious it might have been a flood car that should not have been sold. The cover up paint on flaws has wore off, I had to have new eye fob made, that is when water damage had fried some components in the car, and there is water stains along the roof I hadn’t seen was brought to my attention. We traded in a Subaru Outback and bought a Honda Odyssey. Process for trade-in, purchase, drop-off, and pickup were totally painless. They gave a highly competitive rate for the trade-in ($7k more than a local dealer!) and had a very competitive price for the Odyssey ($2k under KBB). My kids loved inserting the coin into the car vending machine and watching the car come down. The detailing was quite nice and the car smelled fresh.
