Lydia & Zion came and delivered our vehicle today. Their caring nature and attitude were outstanding. Lydia was more than patient when my husband was several minutes late. They were so so kind and understanding. Answered all questions I had and were a joy to talk to. They truly made this an awesome experience for us. Purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition Max from Carvana with the expectation that it had passed their 150-point inspection. Within days of delivery, the vehicle developed a major issue and ultimately required two engine replacements. The vehicle was out of service from early January through March. Overall great experience there were a few quirks in the process. My husband and I consigned but the registration was put in for just myself. First car had a smoke smell in it so we returned it for another similar vehicle. We went to the Carvana location but the token machine was down. The car we have now is great and customer service was amazing throughout this process. I would purchase through Carvana again! Overall happy.
