Buyer beware !! I bought a vehicle and it was delayed for 3 days. You can’t get a live person on the phone to speak to. After one day the check engine light came on and it has a severe vibration at highway speeds. Tried getting someone to call me but they will not call me. Took it to the dealership and they said it needs $6000.00 of repairs. Still nobody will call me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!!!!
Bought a car, 2 weeks later it ended up in the shop for an issue with the ABS which has a discontinued part. Its still in the shop 3 weeks later, thye claimed they were able to find the part but now claiming it will be another 3 weeks to even get the part. They wont give me a rental. They wont just trade tje car for something else. They are crooks. Im having the shop see if they can run a historical lookup on the issue. Im certain they knew of the issue and cleared it before selling me the car. Super sad its going this way. ... read more
The process was very easy but unfortunately Caravan did not disclose during any of the process that the car we were purchasing had ac issues and now we have not been able to get help regarding that. I was excited to purchase with them but now very disappointed they never told us about the existing issue the car had.
I think it’s crazy to buy a car 2 months ago and already need a new battery after about a month of use. I have purchased two cars from Carvana and I love how easy it is but if Carvana is selling cars that need repairs, that are not covered under their warranty this will be the last car I buy. For cars to be 10s of thousands of dollars I shouldn’t need to have a mechanic to come with me to test out the car to make sure it is a good car.
