You made an offer to purchase my car and I was honest about the shape of my car. When you came out, you confirmed that the car was exactly as I described so you honored that offer after the offer was made. You came out the very next day, confirmed everything, and literally took my car at that moment. The steps of the process were extremely easy. The offer was higher than other online car sales places and the pickup was very professional. My only improvement advice would be to provide an address and phone number for filling out DMV paperwork. Some states require a form be filled out to inform the state that you no longer own said vehicle and I wasn’t sure if I should put my local carava or the corporate entity listed online in AZ. Otherwise would highly recommend.
If you want to over pay for a car with problems than this is the place to do so... luckily I work on cars a bit so I'm not tripping but i thought I'd give carvana a try and I'll tell you never again, i don't suggest them to anyone, it's better to go to a dealership that actually kinda gives a damn...
