One of the worst experiences I've ever heard purchasing a vehicle. Sold me a car with transmission problems. How do you perform a 150 point inspection and missed the transmission issue. Customer service gave me 4 different answers about who and if they will repair the car even though it has not been 7 days. I should have avoided this dealership. You live and you learn.
Process of purchasing vehicle was easy. Pick up sucked at first because we were delayed the day we went to pick up. 1 week later we finally got to pick up our vehicle. They were great picking up, full tank of gas, and replaced our key with a fob since it came without at first. Couldn't be more happy now. Definitely will purchase again in future.

Wish I could write this review for the entire Carvana company but alas I cannot. This company took my money and then delayed the delivery of the vehicle. The only thing preventing this from being criminal in nature is the fact they eventually give you a car. First, last and only time I’ll be buying a car with them.
