Worst experience of my life! I just drove it off the lot. Returned this on Saturday. Now on Monday, they just informed me that I will be getting my refund in 7 to 10 business days. I just paid a good $23,000+ for nothing. On top of this slap in the face, I will get back the shipping deposit probably a week after this which was another $1,990. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Within 3 months of purchase of my vehicle I had to have $1,400 of repairs. And they don't notify you whenever you're car warranty expires so now I need to have my radiator and thermostat replaced and I haven't even owned the car a year yet.
I had looked into selling two of my cars and decided to have Carvana do one in the beginning and it was very easy answered a few questions took a picture of my ID had the title and then they came the same day. Payment came less than 24 hours later. The next day I decided to sell my other car to them as well and within hours they came and picked it up. This was our second purchase of a Toyota product from Carvana. We enjoy the easy and simplified purchase process when going though Carvana. However, this is the second time we have discovered an issue post purchase. We don't want to return our Toyota Tacoma, we just wish that Carvana's 150 point inspection process was more thorough and transparent. The initial buying process went well but as others have reported, the vehicle itself has fell short as well as Carvana’s customer support. First of all, there was more exterior damage on the vehicle than reported in their description. Second, the car was quickly due for a service. I would have thought that Carvana would have serviced the vehicle before they sold it.
