Tevin was absolutely amazing! We had the best experience, and she truly went above and beyond for us. Even though she was the only associate available at the time and was helping three other customers, she made sure that everyone received the attention and experience they deserved. I recently purchased a 2026 BMW 330i with 6k miles on it. Things went well with the delivery and receiving the car. However, once I got the car on the highway, an oil overservice warning came on. I spent an hour on the phone with Carvana about taking it to the dealer. Upon arriving at the BMW dealer I was advised that Carvana had performed an oil change on the car and reset it themselves. If you purchase a car here I would highly recommend that you DO NOT finance with companies such as Bridgecrest (for example) because of extremely high interest rates.. Pay as much as you can up front but do not let them trick you into signing a loan. DO YOUR RESEARCH Otherwise this is a very quick and efficient way to purchase a vehicle
Biggest let down. Got my 3 car from Carvana about a week ago and it has been the worst experience. They delayed my pickup by 2 days then when I picked it up the driver side mirror was broken and the paint on the passenger side was all scuffed up($700+ to repair). None of this damage was in the pictures. Now I am playing phone tag and being told instead of them paying for the paint to be repaired they would like to give me less than 30% of the cost for the paint repair or to return the car.
