The process was easy enough. Uploading the required paperwork and photos was a challenge for me but the Carvana employees were all very patient and helpful and walked me through the necessary steps. Arranging for the car to be picked up was also easy and the actual car pickup went very smoothly. The Carvana employee (Rachard Simon) that came to meet us was extremely helpful. My experience from the day I picked up the car was not good. The Customer advocate gave no details and did not walk us through the process. The car had issues and the process of getting things fixed wasn’t good. The response wasn’t good. The registration had inaccurate mileage. My father checked under the hood and there wasn’t any coolant in the car but a drop in the overflow so I added coolant. I completed the process to return the car back on Monday, 8/25 my 7th day. TLDR: I will never go to a traditional car dealer again. My wife and I went to 3 other car dealers looking for a Corolla Cross with a budget of 25k. They pulled out all the stops: came up with additional fees on the spot, suddenly the car we were hoping for wasn't on the lot yet, adding optional features and insisting they're not optional.
