This was my first time using Carvana. The experience was simple, and very enjoyable. I highly recommend using their service!
Didn't get the registration right on my car and called me 3 hours before I was supposed to pick it up and to reschedule. I told him it was unacceptable because if they forgot to do that, what else were they going to forget? Stay away from carvana!!
Selling my car to Carvana was seamless. We all would like more sometimes for our vehicles. But I would have to say Carvana was truly fair at the end of the day, and the process was smooth and simple.
This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased through Carvana. I like the format to find and review the various options out there, and I generally find the pricing to be fair - not cheap, not expensive, just fair. This time was no exception.
