It was a good experience when it came to getting a great price and the overall delivery of the car to the dealership, but when it came to paying it off it was another story. Talked to customer service three times (once they hung up on me) and I have heard every story in the book. First they told me pay-off was sent, but it wasn’t according to Chrysler Financial. RecommendedWas able to get the car vending machine experience and I love it... You don't have to do it but I mean why not do it... that's what the place is for...Customer service was awesome.. you can tell they are excited for you. Was out just as quick as I came in. Love it!
Recommendedbought my second car from here last year and will never buy a car anywhere else. by far the easiest car buying experience. the elevator wasn't working the day we went, which was a little disappointing because my kids came with me specifically for that purpose, but the employee still made it a cool experience for them so they didn't even realize they missed anything.

We’ve bought two cars from Carvana, and couldn’t be more pleased with our experiences. The first was delivered to our home in March 2017 and the second was picked up from the vending machine this morning. Mike got us all squared away, and was so fun to work with.
