11 months into 5 years of car payments. The engine timed out and my car is no longer operational. I received no support from Carvana despite their 100 point inspection they missed a faulty engine. When I called customer service. Here is what I was told. “ What do you expect? It’s an older car”. I’ve had my car for 11 months. Yesterday on the freeway the motor gave out. I called Carvana. They advised me if my car was running they would appraise it and possibly buy it back. Obviously with no motor the car is not running. I’m 11 months into a 5 year loan and I can’t afford the $8600 repair in a $12,000 car. This car had trouble from the beginning. Recommendedyes! the dude who delivered was boss. the lady on the phone was a dang boss and should be promoted past peers lol. the delivered to me all the way out in Erin, TN. msg me if anyone needs a referral code get $500 if that isnt just another reason to go with carvana.
I wanted to give a good review, but I simply can't. These are the reasons why... Van did not come when it was supposed to. When van did come, it had 9 year old tires on it. Van had oil pump leak, bad struts, sway link bars need replacing. Sent me the wrong tags even though I told them to transfer my old one and now I have to go to the DMV to take care of that. It's been a very unpleasant experience. Dealing with SilverRock hasn't been good either. :( I am very upset and frustrated!!!

RecommendedCarvana was an amazing experience! From the 5 minutes it took to use the app to purchase the car to the less than 10 minutes at pick up.. to the special touches.. we would HIGHLY recommend. They even made our son birthday basket of goodies and he was so excited!

Do not buy a car from these people! They will use silverrock and they will give you the run around. Don’t make the same mistake I have made.
