11 months into 5 years of car payments. The engine timed out and my car is no longer operational. I received no support from Carvana despite their 100 point inspection they missed a faulty engine. When I called customer service. Here is what I was told. “ What do you expect? It’s an older car”. On another call I was told; “if you can get it to to run, we’ll appraise it and perhaps buy it back.” So if my car was running why would I be calling? They don’t stand behind their 100 plus point inspection and they don’t care if they sell you a car that has no working engine.

I’ve had my car for 11 months. Yesterday on the freeway the motor gave out. I called Carvana. They advised me if my car was running they would appraise it and possibly buy it back. Obviously with no motor the car is not running. I’m 11 months into a 5 year loan and I can’t afford the $8600 repair in a $12,000 car. This car had trouble from the beginning. They were barely helpful and once even said to me. What do you expect it’s a 9 year old car. I immediately called back and explained that was inappropriate to say to a person. They apologized but obviously still could care less about the lemon they sold me.

They made this process easy and quick! We’re so grateful. Customer service was exceptional. They even had some Carvana swag and a little Halloween treat in the car waiting for us. And, of course, we LOVE the car. 🤗

It was a good experience when it came to getting a great price and the overall delivery of the car to the dealership, but when it came to paying it off it was another story. Talked to customer service three times (once they hung up on me) and I have heard every story in the book. First they told me pay-off was sent, but it wasn’t according to Chrysler Financial. Never received the e mail tracking the payoff either like Carvana said I would. Then they opened a ticket and said they would call me back but they didn’t. Saturday it will be a month since I dropped the car off and I am forced to make payments on a car I don’t have possession of. I never thought I would have this issue with two large corporations.

Was able to get the car vending machine experience and I love it... You don't have to do it but I mean why not do it... that's what the place is for...Customer service was awesome.. you can tell they are excited for you. Was out just as quick as I came in. Love it!

Great experience, my 2015 Chevy Camaro SS I purchased from y'all is in pristine condition and is exactly what I had been shopping for. However, as an old war horse I get very apprehensive about conducting business on line. Especially a used car as I would normally go to a lot, kick a few tires, take a test drive and then if I like the vehicle I would start counting out one hundred dollar bills to the sales manager until we arrived at a number we both could agree on. I didn't think I would ever do business the Carvana way, committing to buying a vehicle on line, sight unseen and without driving it. But I decided to suck-it-up and take the plunge and everything worked out just as Carvana had assured me it would. No doubt it's a different way to purchase a used vehicle and based upon my experience I would do it again.
